Crane Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Design Specialist to join our team of experts responsible for the design and analysis of container cranes.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Analysis: Generate pre-processing data for structural analysis using Excel, perform structural analysis of crane components with ANSYS and Excel.
- Structural Appraisal: Appraise structural members, verifying fatigue, crippling, and buckling strength, analyze structural details such as bolted and pinned joints.
- Documentation: Compile final documentation, draw sketches with 2-D CAD software Co-Create ME10.
- Compliance: Evaluate designs for compliance with applicable standards and codes, liaise with other departments to optimize product design.
- Degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with ANSYS or similar software is beneficial.
- Approximately 3 years in a similar role preferred.
