Job Description
  • Greet and assist customers with product selection, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain product displays, replenish stock, and ensure the shop floor looks presentable at all times.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments with confidence.
  • Advise customers on promotions and offers to maximise sales and increase revenue.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure and prioritising tasks effectively.
