Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience.

You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting with the day-to-day running of the shop and taking bets through multiple channels. You will also have the opportunity to work under pressure and remain calm, while constantly looking for ways to improve yourself and the shop.

In this role, you will be required to maintain high standards of customer service, always putting the customer first. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, handle their queries and concerns, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be adaptable to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Take bets through multiple channels, including betting terminals and EPOS system
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the shop
  • Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
  • Work effectively under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
  • Develop relationships with customers and promote the company brand
  • Contribute to the overall success of the shop
