Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our products and services, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and meeting customer expectations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
