EU Product Recall Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating EU product recall activities. Your expertise in product safety and risk management will play a crucial role in defining policies and implementing compliance tools to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

In this role, you will be working closely with corporate counsel, legal, business teams, and operational excellence to deliver high-impact end-to-end product recall governance. You will lead the development and execution of EU product recall strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of operating in a dynamic environment. Independence in building stakeholder relationships and initiating new projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate EU product recall activities, including risk assessment, strategy development, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain EU recall procedures and policies aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage safety risks and drive initiatives to detect and prevent unsafe products on Amazon EU stores.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
  • Experience developing and implementing standards, policies, and programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
