Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced claims handler to manage a portfolio of bodily injury and third-party motor damage files, meeting closure and quality targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage proactively a portfolio of 150+ bodily injury and third-party motor damage files.
  • Conduct liability investigations and determinations.
  • Investigate and settle claims efficiently and compliantly.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CIP qualification in insurance.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience handling bodily injury and third-party motor damage claims.
  • Understanding of PIAB and litigation processes.
  • Decision-making and numeric skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
