About the Role:
This role represents an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in Environmental Health and Safety to drive meaningful impact. As EHS Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive safety initiatives, conduct training and promote safety policies, and mentor site teams to champion our organization's proactive culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a proactive Health and Safety Culture as EHS Lead.
- Develop and implement strategic safety initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through effective training and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain site-specific risk registers and reports.

About You:
We seek an experienced professional with a strong background in Health and Safety, IOSH Chartered membership, and a Health & Safety diploma or equivalent. Ideally, you should have prior experience working with Tier 1 contractors or large multi-disciplinary sites, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be certified as a trainer.
