At Harmonics, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The Manufacturing Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality products, and adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy to production and other site activities to maintain efficient operations
  • Use manual and automated control systems to manufacture products in compliance with batch manufacturing instructions (BMIs) and production procedures
  • Handle raw materials, product, and waste materials in and out of production and stores areas
  • Dispense materials for batches or quality and technical services as needed
  • Sample raw materials, finished, and semi-finished products as needed for operations and quality and technical services
  • FOLLOW documented work instructions to ensure quality product is made and properly packaged for shipment to the customer
  • Complete in-process quality testing as defined in work instructions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum leaving certificate, post-leaving qualification, or equivalent experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related discipline
  • Good knowledge and understanding of environmental, health and safety, and quality compliance
  • Chemical or pharmaceutical experience and working with reactors, centrifuges, dryers, powder transfer systems, filters, pumps would be an advantage
