Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing an operational risk framework and implementing it across the group.
  • Designing and rolling out investment and strategic risk management practices.
  • Working closely with senior leadership team and the board to implement risk governance plans.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in operational risk in an agile investment firm.
  • Some exposure to fund/investment risk.
  • Prior experience delivering a risk transformation programme.
  • Detailed knowledge of risk management practices with some knowledge of modelling, scenario analysis and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrable experience with modern risk tools, decisioning systems & AI.
  • Exposure to public and private markets would be ideal.
