Product Labeling Specialist

The Label Development Specialist will support business initiatives for growth and product launches, collaborating with internal and external teams to align objectives and timelines.
This role is responsible for creating, revising, and managing product labels in compliance with regulatory requirements. The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Quality, R&D, and Marketing, to ensure labeling documentation meets global standards and regional market needs.
The ideal candidate will have a technical degree or relevant experience in labeling, quality, regulatory affairs, or R&D, ideally in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries. They will be comfortable working in an international environment and able to integrate easily into various project teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage product labels in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align labeling documentation with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and regional market requirements.
- Support product development and lifecycle management projects.
- Assist with audits, regulatory submissions, and change control processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A technical degree or relevant experience in labeling, quality, regulatory affairs, or R&D.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
