Role Overview:">The Senior HR Business Partner, Revenue plays a pivotal role in our high-growth environment, driving company culture and employee engagement.
This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is passionate about people and culture, and who can navigate the challenges of a scaling company.
This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days onsite each week.
Responsibilities:">- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with managers in our revenue business to build high-performing teams and align HR strategies with current and future business objectives.
- Coach and Advisor: Be a trusted advisor and provide advice and coaching that is commercial and pragmatic.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and partner with internal and external resources to deliver relevant training programs.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
- HR Projects: Lead or participate in various people projects and initiatives, including talent projects, employee engagement projects, and DEIB projects.
