Production Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to oversee daily production activities.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring efficient workflows, and upholding high standards of quality and safety.

This is a key role within the business to ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe production that supports the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Directing all aspects of the production lifecycle from steel fabrication to final assembly and finishing.
  • Monitoring and managing daily output to meet scheduled targets and customer deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO quality standards and internal specifications.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within steel fabrication or construction manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead production teams in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of steel fabrication techniques (e.g., CNC, cutting, welding).
  • Background in manufacturing systems and process optimisation.
  • Third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (desirable).

To succeed in this role, you must be able to drive continuous improvement, maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures, and promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
