We are seeking a recent graduate to join our facilities management team as a Graduate Facilities Engineer.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for aspiring engineers to develop technical skills, gain practical experience in facility management, and contribute directly to the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support facilities operations by assisting in the maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of building infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utilities systems.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of critical plant utilities such as compressed air, HVAC, water systems, and other black utilities.
  • Aid in the management and monitoring of life safety systems, ensuring proper functionality of fire detection, alarm, and emergency systems.
  • Contribute to facility improvement projects, infrastructure upgrades, and routine preventative maintenance programs.
  • Support documentation and reporting of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Utilities Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Recent graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026).
  • Strong interest in facilities infrastructure, utilities systems, and safety management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive learner with a safety-conscious attitude.
  • Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability.
