Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead day-to-day operations in a dynamic hotel environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee accommodation, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services departments.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in senior hotel operations, preferably in a boutique or 4-star property.
  • Experience in managing hotel refurbishment or renovation projects is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles is necessary for effective financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health & safety, HACCP, and relevant regulatory standards is crucial for maintaining a safe working environment.
