R&D Innovator

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Innovator to drive our Research and Development team forward in Edgeworthstown.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support new product development projects from concept to launch across various pet food formats.
  • Modify and improve existing products to meet customer expectations through rigorous analysis and innovative thinking.
  • Design recipes and oversee nutritional, palatability, and analytical trials to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed product specifications and provide expert support for customer visits, audits, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in NPD (food or pet food industry preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
