Job Title: Engineering Lead

Description:
The role of the Engineering Lead involves providing strategic direction and technical leadership for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The successful candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional development teams, governance, and strategic direction on MuleSoft integration patterns. Key responsibilities include systems design and development, methods and tools, project management support, and collaboration and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in MuleSoft and hands-on expertise in Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub. Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, API lifecycle, and agile software engineering practices is essential. Experience in troubleshooting complex integration issues, proposing long-term strategic fixes, and working with version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Additionally, a solid understanding of Java, REST, OAuth2, SAML, and message brokers is necessary. Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker) or API Gateway implementations is an asset.
