Key Leadership Position for R&D Innovation

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintaining a culture of innovation and knowledge leadership within the R&D team.
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver timely and successful R&D programmes.
  • Managing project technical risks and implementing risk mitigation measures.

About You

We require a professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the medical device industry at a management and leadership level.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in developing medical devices requiring complex processes and assembly techniques.
