Job Opportunity

We are seeking Relief Healthcare Chefs to provide short- and long-term cover in busy kitchens across Co. Galway.

These roles involve facilitating the day-to-day running of our kitchens, maintaining high standards of culinary skills and ensuring efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy working environment at all times.
  • Plan, prepare, and cook food in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen by delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Adhere to and enforce strict hygiene and service standards.
Essential Requirements:
  • Chef Qualification minimum level 6 or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience in managing dietary requirements is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is required.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential.
  • Excellent culinary skills and a methodical approach to work are desirable.
