This is a senior-level human resources generalist role that requires strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. The successful candidate will lead across core HR functions and act as the key point of contact for employees and leadership alike.
The ideal candidate will have strong generalist experience and thrive in an independent role, able to own and deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, lead employee relations and engagement activities, oversee performance reviews, training, and development planning, manage benefits, payroll liaison, and salary benchmarking, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
The role involves reporting on HR data and supporting workforce planning with leadership, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership and contribute to a high-performing, people-first culture as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and delivering end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Leading employee relations and engagement activities
- Overseeing performance reviews, training, and development planning
- Managing benefits, payroll liaison, and salary benchmarking
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies
- Reporting on HR data and supporting workforce planning with leadership
Requirements:
- 4+ years' generalist HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
- Proven ability to operate independently in a standalone HR capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities
