Fexco Limited Company is looking for a talented technical writer to lead the development of technical documentation and innovation strategy. The successful candidate will have expertise in creating high-quality digital and written content and be able to collaborate with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a cross-product documentation management strategy, including introducing new best practices and managing documentation repositories.
  • Produce high-quality, accurate documentation suitable for various audiences, including internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform technical writing, research, and editing to prepare documents, product manuals, reports, user guides, implementation guides, briefings, presentations, guidelines, release notes, process flows, and other materials.
  • Create and update customer user guides, product procedures, and service catalogues in line with product releases.
  • Enable AI tools to create greater efficiency in documentation creation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business owners, product managers, project managers, software engineers, QA engineers, UX designers, and internal customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical writing in a software engineering environment, creating technical documentation, user guides, and product material.
  • Experience in creating and implementing a strategic approach to technical writing in a new environment is preferred.
  • Ideal qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or a related field, or engineering degrees with excellent English writing skills.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese writing skills are an advantage.
