Requirements
  • A recognised qualification in Social Care or a related field is essential.
  • Previous experience working with young people in a care, educational, or community setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers, is necessary.
