Aerogen is the world leader in acute care aerosol drug delivery.


A key role exists within our organization to lead digital transformation efforts. This individual will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to digitize in-house manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Developing a digital manufacturing strategy as part of the overarching business strategy.
  • Planning and implementing digital manufacturing system strategies and roadmaps.
  • Identifying and prioritizing digital opportunities through governance processes.
  • Providing project management oversight for cross-functional teams deploying manufacturing digital solutions.
  • Ensuring integration between plant floor systems and upstream/downstream systems.
  • Standardizing stage-gate approaches for deployment of digital solutions.
  • Driving methodologies and technologies for trend monitoring and data analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support process improvement opportunities leading to quantifiable efficiencies.

Requirements:


  • Level 8 honours qualification in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, or quantitative field.
  • Minimum 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in Medical Device/Pharma.
  • Hands-on experience using Digital Manufacturing solutions (MES, OEE, SPC, ERP).
  • Experience in deploying digital solutions in high-volume manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of applying Agile/SCRUM methodologies as a project manager.
