Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator
">This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards across one or more of our construction projects.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting the HSW team in implementing health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards;">
- Assisting in audits and inspections in line with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 requirements;">
- Coordinating HSW inspection and audit schedules;">
- Carrying out routine HSW inspections and assisting in documentation and reporting;">
- Assisting in analysing data from reports, audits, and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement;">
- Supporting the creation of mitigation and corrective action plans with the HSW team;">
- Building effective working relationships with internal teams and site personnel;">
- Collaborating on the development of new HSW standards aligned to company practices.">
Requirements:
">We are looking for someone with some experience in a health and safety support role or strong interest in construction safety. You should have a basic understanding of HSW legislation, inspections, and risk assessment processes. Good organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation accurately are essential. Good verbal and written communication skills, a proactive and solution-focused approach, and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment are also required. A recognised health and safety qualification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely Level 2 or equivalent) is desirable.
