Event Coordinator

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events at a luxury resort. Your role will involve working closely with the Events Manager to develop and implement event concepts, as well as ensuring that all logistical aspects are taken care of.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event concepts that align with the resort's brand and style.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to secure new business and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and event planning software.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
