Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized mental health support via telehealth or onsite platforms to Intellect's clients
  • Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
  • Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance platform functionality and client programs
Qualifications
  • Counsellor: Masters Degree in Counselling / Counselling Psychology, minimum 300 hours of counselling experience post qualification & practicum/placement/internship
  • Clinical Psychologist: Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, minimum 300 hours of Clinical/Therapy experience post qualification & practicum/placement/internship
  • Expertise: Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
  • License: Valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice
  • Experience: Minimum 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and your local language
  • Preferred Background: Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
  • Flexibility: Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary
