Job Overview

This exciting opportunity involves the provision of accounting services to a diverse clientele. You will work closely with our clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Record and reconcile bank transactions using a computerized accounting software.
  2. Prepare Payroll using a computerized payroll software.
  3. Manage the client's purchase ledger, including posting supplier invoices to their system and reconciling them with supplier statements.
  4. Reconcile the monthly cash book within a computerized system, including posting cash payments and related transactions.
  5. Reconcile VAT and PAYE/PRSI liabilities within the accounting system with revenue returns.
Requirements
  1. Possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a busy accounts department.
  2. Relevant Accounting degree or equivalent qualifications.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  4. Familiarity with debits and credits and the ability to post journals.
  5. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
