- Provide administrative support to Solicitors, ensuring effective time management by maintaining diaries and appointments.
- Respond to enquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and in person; organize travel arrangements as required.
- Act as primary point of contact for office functions and activities on behalf of Solicitors/Partners, answering queries and relaying information internally and externally.
- Create, amend and format legal documents and templates as necessary.
- Utilize Dictaphone systems to prepare and type correspondence and legal submissions.
- Support Solicitors/Partners in their various responsibilities, demonstrating knowledge of legal procedures where applicable.
- Prepare briefs and booklets of documents for Court proceedings.
- Arrange meetings and ensure relevant documentation is prepared and easily accessible.
- Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality within a professional environment.
- Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, particularly in a legal setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
- Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
