Intensive Care Nurses Wanted

  • A 3-month initial period will commence with 24/7 rosters and shifts lasting up to 13 hours.
  • Nurses may be assigned to either the ICU or Telemetry Hub.
  • Staff members rostered in the telemetry hub will oversee remote cardiac monitoring for up to eight patients distributed across various hospital wards.
  • A vital requirement is previous ICU/Cardiac nursing experience, coupled with proficiency in rhythm monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and collaborative care delivery.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of cardiac rhythms to identify potential complications and take prompt action to prevent adverse outcomes.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate patient responses to treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Minimum two years of ICU/Cardiac nursing experience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
