Job Title: Cycle Mechanic Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic cycle mechanic to join our team. As a cycle mechanic, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading standards of cycle service and repair.

About the Role:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of cycles, including kids', adult, premium, performance, and electric cycles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied with their experience.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, using your technical skills to complete tasks quickly and to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a retail or cycle services environment, preferably with a focus on customer service.
  • Practical skills and knowledge of cycle mechanics, including service, building, and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a rota basis, including weekends.
