Job Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Cycle Technician to join our team.

As a key member of our workshop, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional cycle service and repair work, ensuring market-leading standards are met. Your enthusiasm for bikes will shine through in providing outstanding customer service and helping customers find and maintain their dream bike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out comprehensive service and repair work on cycles
  • Providing expert advice to customers on bike maintenance and upgrades
  • Developing the skills and expertise of other team members

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in cycle service, building, and repair across a range of cycles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to share knowledge and expertise with others
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends
