We're currently recruiting an Advanced Specialist Clinical Therapist to join our Lena services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Clinical Lead, employed and associate counsellors in the delivery of high quality, cost effective, safe, and responsive therapeutic services.

What You'll Be Doing: As our new Advanced Specialist Clinical Therapist, you'll play a key role in: Effectively manage a weekly clinical caseload Manage specialist high intensity referral pathways Conduct standardised clinical assessments Deliver longer - term trauma informed and specialist evidence-based trauma focused interventions ? What We're Looking For: Full current clinical accreditation with BACP, IACP, NCPS (Professional Registrant Status), BABCP, IABCP UKCP or ICP Minimum level 7 Post Graduate Diploma or MSc mapped against the SCo PED qualification framework in a clinical specialism - Therapeutic Practice A minimum of four years core training in a core Psychotherapeutic discipline with a relevant and recognised training institute A minimum of 450 hours of supervised clinical practice Experience and understanding of working with adults and young people with co - morbidity (specifically including trauma related disorders).
