Clinical Therapist Role

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality cognitive behavioural therapy and support to our clients.

  1. Provide effective clinical assessments and interventions to drive excellent outcomes.
  2. Deliver comprehensive services, including face-to-face, telephone, and video consultations, tailored to client needs.
  3. Maintain accurate records and adhere to case management processes.
  4. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • A Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) from an accredited institution.
  • Full accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
  • At least 2 years' experience in providing high-intensity CBT interventions for working-age clients with diverse presentations.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, as well as strong interpersonal communication skills.
