Clinical Operations Manager

Bon Secours Health System is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead our Theatre department.
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the theatre department, including staff management, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
Your key responsibilities will include managing patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based approach, providing high-level professional and clinical leadership and being responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and review of care for patients according to BSHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based approach.
• Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership.
• Quality assurance within their designated area(s), as well as overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical practice, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
• Managing staffing levels, fostering staff development, and promoting practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the nursing team.
• Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation, and review of care for patients according to BSHS standards.

We are looking for someone with experience in theatre nursing, who has strong leadership skills and can motivate and support a team of nurses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality improvement principles.
