Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled project lead to oversee and manage all project activities, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes across all areas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating effectively and professionally with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and the wider community.

They will provide strategic direction to the project team, championing health, safety, quality, and environmental initiatives, leading by example with visible leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the project team, fostering high levels of commitment, morale, and motivation at all levels.
  • Maintain a cost-effective approach by efficiently managing resources and driving value on the project.
  • Promote repeat business by cultivating strong client relationships and consistently meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Agent, ideally within construction project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of effectively managing large construction teams.
