Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

This role involves supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity within their community.

About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes, providing personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and light household tasks. You will also support clients with mobility and transfers, promote their independence, dignity, and wellbeing, and follow and record care plans accurately.

Requirements
  • QQI Level 5 Modules: Care Skills/Healthcare Support; Care of the Older Person
  • Or 1+ year of care experience and a willingness to complete the two modules (which can be provided free of charge)
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Driving is an advantage
  • Legal right to work in Ireland
