Senior Tax Professional Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a tax team as a seasoned tax professional. The individual will oversee compliance portfolios, train and mentor junior staff, and collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive tax services.


Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate tax, income tax, and VAT compliance clients, ensuring accurate and timely filings and payments.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior staff members to develop their tax compliance skills and knowledge.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their tax compliance queries and concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Delegating, managing, and reviewing compliance work to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments and professional advisors to provide comprehensive tax compliance services.
  • Manage tax compliance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure clients and the team are informed and compliant.

Requirements
  • A qualified CTA tax professional.
  • An accounting qualification is preferable but not essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge across the compliance tax heads.
  • Proven track record managing a team of professionals.
  • Experience in managing a compliance portfolio.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication ability.
