As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations by coordinating projects and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the placement of staff with clients across various sectors and record bookings on our system.
  • Fulfill open shifts in a timely manner and collaborate effectively with staff and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide feedback on their requirements and identify potential needs.
  • Assist with employee queries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Evaluate staff compliance with company standards prior to placement with a client.
  • Ensure payroll efficiency by following timesheet policy and procedural guidelines.
  • Liaise directly with staff regarding payroll enquiries, collaborating with payroll and delivering query outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Training Departments to guarantee ongoing mandatory training requirements are fulfilled and compliance documentation is up-to-date.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to provide feedback and support staff and client planning.
  • Maximize the utilization of internal systems and ensure all contact with clients and temps is accurately logged.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills are essential.
  • The ability to listen, guide, and coordinate staff efficiently is crucial.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Effective prioritization and goal-oriented work habits are expected.
  • Motivation and pride in one's work are key to achieving success in this role.
  • Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client connections is vital.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential qualities.
