Entry Level Onboarding Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as an Entry Level Onboarding Specialist. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading supplier onboarding processes in both new and existing programs.
- The key responsibilities of this position include managing supplier registration for Vendor Financing programs.
- You will also gather and verify KYTS/KYC documentation to ensure its completeness.
- A critical aspect of this role is providing regular reporting to sales teams on supplier onboarding status and coordinating communication with clients.
- The successful candidate should have experience in due diligence roles, particularly in KYTS/KYC processes.
- Banking Operations experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with due diligence requirements for various entity types is essential.
- The ability to manage complex data efficiently and work collaboratively with teams is crucial.
- A third-level business or finance qualification is required, while knowledge of Trade Finance products is advantageous but not necessary.
