Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Privacy Specialist to enforce policies for our products by analyzing and processing privacy requests under European Law. As a key member of our team, you will review requests from lawyers and private individuals, handle user privacy requests across different workflows, and make sound decisions based on client guidelines.

This role requires a keen thirst for knowledge, impeccable judgment, and comfort in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and process privacy requests through online tools.
  • Evaluate the validity of each request in line with client policies.
  • Stay updated with policy changes through internal training and quality control departments.
  • Collaborate with policy specialists on regulatory inquiries.
  • Maintain high quality in case reviews.
  • Meet productivity targets.
  • Collaborate on projects to enhance internal efficiency.
  • Develop skills in data analysis, tool proficiency, and quality assessment.
  • Support various workflows/products/markets as needed, including the English market.
Training and Working Hours:
  • Duration: 3 weeks, 8 hours per day.
  • Includes integration into the team, training on new software, comprehensive product training, and customer management training for chat and email contact.
Working Hours:
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00.
  • Flexible start times between 07:00 and 09:00.
Contract Details:
  • Fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a potential extension for another 12 months.
