Job Overview

As a skilled Strategic Change Lead, you will play a key role in driving strategic change within Global Transaction Banking (GTB) to support the delivery of integrated solutions for Corporate Banking clients.

The role involves leading planning processes, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and change control standards. You will facilitate process reviews, manage reporting on milestones, risks, and issues, and oversee project deliverables across a diverse portfolio.

  • Experience in project management in financial services.
  • Experience in process review and optimisation.
  • Excellent communicator, verbally and written.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

In this role, you will work closely with the Client Readiness, Operational Readiness & Tech Delivery teams to ensure that business, sales, operations, client servicing, and functional partners are prepared for a smooth transition of technology delivery into BAU (including Target Operating Model, Training, Communications, Service Agreements).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business readiness strategies to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Manage resistance to change and ensure that stakeholders are engaged and their concerns are addressed.
  • Review business readiness plans and status reports in conjunction with change delivery managers.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with project objectives and that change management activities are integrated into project plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement change initiatives successfully.
  • Holder of relevant project and process management certificate (e.g. Prince II, BPM).
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Blueworks).
  • Good knowledge of Corporate Banking products and processes.
  • Experience working in global/pan-European teams.
