Job Overview

Requirements
  • No formal qualifications are required for this role, although relevant life experience is desirable
  • A passion for supporting others and making a positive impact in people's lives is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with colleagues and service users
