Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to achieve store targets while nurturing the pharmacy culture. This role requires a dynamic and energetic leader who can motivate their team to innovate and have fun while doing it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
  • Maintaining high standards for customers and teams.
  • Managing stock and cash according to company procedures.
  • Supervising and managing day-to-day store operations.
  • Understanding and meeting commercial needs of the business.
  • Maintaining customer service and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Efficient management of store operations, including cost management and rostering efficiency.
  • Effective performance management of colleagues.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as Store Manager or People Manager in a Pharmacy setting.
  • Able to lead and motivate a team.
  • Previous Dispensary experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations.
  • Positivity, drive, and enthusiasm.
