We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Regulatory Administration Manager to join our Tax Reclaims team in Dublin, Ireland.

This role will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Manage Operations, ensuring compliance with Due Diligence/Reporting Regulations (FATCA/CRS)
  • Lead a team of Regulatory Administration and Filings Staff responsible for reporting and making recommendations around legislation; provide advanced client support and resolve escalated issues from team members.
  • Oversee performance management for assigned staff and set team priorities. Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Supervise and manage the data gathering and preparation of tax deliverables in accordance with department policies.
  • Support the coordination of tax-related regulatory filings. Gather required data elements, as needed, for various regulatory filings.
  • Update tax forms and information return layouts. Perform second-level quality assurance of tax deliverables for more complex clients in accordance with department policies.

To be successful in this role, we're looking for the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred.
  • Understanding of tax documentation preferred; Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting preparation preferred
