Workday Integration Specialist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with prominent clients, integrating Workday seamlessly into their enterprise systems. Key responsibilities include designing integration solutions in partnership with clients and internal teams.

  • Configure integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other cutting-edge tools.
  • Guarantee accurate data flow across various enterprise systems.
  • Support thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure high-performance reliability.
  • Provide guidance on industry best practices, data governance, and security protocols.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Workday releases and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Deliver seamless integrations for downstream systems like Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Middleware.
  • Lead client workshops and design sessions, ensuring tailored solutions meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate boasts extensive experience as a Workday Integration Consultant/Engineer or similar. They should possess strong technical expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services. Additionally, they must have a solid understanding of integration concepts, including SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and APIs.

A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is essential. Strong communication and team collaboration skills are also vital for engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
