Client Relationship Associate job description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and support business development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions across various asset classes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports, resolving technical queries, and coordinating legal documentation.

You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to provide a seamless experience for our clients, while also contributing to wider business development efforts. Your role will be critical in maintaining high levels of client retention and promoting a culture of service excellence within the organization.

  • Strong understanding of business development processes within Insurance and/or wealth markets, with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

  • Proven experience in client service delivery, including managing relationships, resolving queries, and coordinating pitches, updates, and events.

  • Solid knowledge of asset management or insurance operations, particularly within a distribution function, and familiarity with marketing campaigns and communications.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across teams.

  • Highly organized and motivated to deliver first-class client service, balancing client needs with business objectives.
