We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our growing team as an Advisor.

Job Description:
  • Minimise existing customer churn and maximise new customer sign-ups using effective customer rapport building skills.
  • Provide a superior customer onboarding experience that meets the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Deliver outstanding support to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilise a suite of sales and retention tools to encourage customers to stay with or take up our services.
  • Accurately complete administrative tasks related to account creation and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or retention roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills are essential.
  • Proven customer support/service experience or experience as a client service representative in a call centre environment is required.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively is crucial.
