We're looking for a motivated individual to drive our aftersales business and performance.

Job Description

You will work closely with our retailer network, conducting regular visits, performance management, and ensuring targets are met. You will identify opportunities, develop strategic offers, and motivate the network towards achievement of parts & accessory sales objectives.

You will collaborate with our Head Office colleagues to align strategy, campaign, and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial agenda development and implementation in service business operations
  • Creation and implementation of Parts, Accessories & Service Offers
  • Product pricing strategy development
  • Retailer bonus scheme definition, follow-up, and delivery
  • Establishment of a working partnership with Service retailers
  • Tracking retailer performance based on commercial service KPIs
  • Identification of improvement opportunities based on retailers' inputs during regular field visits
  • Monitoring of Service retailer quality KPIs
  • Management of 3rd Party partnerships
  • Service Agreements and Extended Warranty strategy & pricing development
  • Collaboration with the marketing team for campaign creation & activity management
  • Digital content management
