
Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage membership enquiries, provide professional consultations, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
- Develop effective marketing strategies to grow corporate accounts and increase membership sales.
- Administer membership databases, including CRM management, direct marketing, and GDPR procedures.
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction among members and prospective members.
- Proven health and fitness knowledge, with a deep understanding of various exercise classes and their benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficient IT skills, with experience in database management and CRM systems.
- Strong target-driven individual, flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- A team player, comfortable working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
- Fitness qualification (ITEC, NCEF, L4 PT).
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
