Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage membership enquiries, provide professional consultations, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to grow corporate accounts and increase membership sales.
  • Administer membership databases, including CRM management, direct marketing, and GDPR procedures.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction among members and prospective members.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven health and fitness knowledge, with a deep understanding of various exercise classes and their benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience in database management and CRM systems.
  • Strong target-driven individual, flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A team player, comfortable working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Fitness qualification (ITEC, NCEF, L4 PT).
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in sales or customer-facing roles.
