Senior Systems Analyst
As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in the implementation and integration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) across our EU footprint. You will be responsible for overseeing the software management lifecycle for HRIS, including assessment, design, development, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation and Integration
- Technical Lead and Business Partner to Internal Customers
- Lead Representative and Liaison between HR, Information Services, External Vendors, and Other Stakeholders
- Project Management Team Support and Requirements Documentation
- End User and Application Support Functions
- Systems and Application Training
- HRIS Integration with Other UPMC Applications/Solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Seven years of total related experience, including three years in a senior or lead role. Degree or certification in information technology, software life cycle management, or significant training in the support and maintenance of enterprise level applications.
Five years' experience implementing, supporting, and/or training on one or more of the following enterprise level applications: Electronic Medical Records (TrakCare, Cerner, EpicCare, Meditech), Human Resource Management (MegaHR, Cornerstone, Peoplesoft, Workday), Patient Administration (iSoft, TrakCare, EpicCare, Meditech). Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
