Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity to secure a senior solicitor role within a leading commercial property department. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases and agreements, as well as assisting with ongoing projects and liaising with third parties.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases and agreements in compliance with Irish law and regulations.
  • Assist with ongoing projects, including acquisitions and disposals, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Liaise with third parties, including insurers and external advisers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Experience in acting for lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and drafting of security documents is essential.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years PQE is preferred, but candidates with 1-3 years PQE will also be considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills are necessary to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Irish law and regulations is highly desirable.
